Since 2004, the AbleGamers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, has served more than 56 million members of the disabled community by advocating greater access in video games. Today, AbleGamers is a leader in the development of equipment, programs and services to those living with disabilities, hardships, and quality-of-life issues that are a result of chronic illness or trauma. It is our goal to ensure that all people, regardless of their disability, can use gaming as a tool to have enriched social experiences with friends, family, and the world at large.
I know from a sales prospective the Xbox 360 is smoking the PS3, but the limitations of the gaming platform may have just found the limitation. The game Assassin's Creed is having a hard time getting the game to fit on the DVD format that the Xbox 360 uses. Pro-G was told by the game's creative director, Patrice Desilets, "The PS3 version is as good as the 360 version. We've been showing the PS3 version at E3 this year, but we've done a lot of events and it's just easier for us and for people from the press to have a 360. But the versions are the same, basically," he said.
