The other day I was sitting at the office and I said, “I wonder what it would be like to be God for a day, but not just any god, but a low resolution deity.” The game gods must have heard me because the folks over at ELITEGAMES must have some kind of chip in my head, because just a few days later I found the game Doodle God!

Doodle God is a very simple, yet somewhat frustrating, game where you click on elements to progress up a tree with the attempt to create everything (most things, the game would take too long to create everything). I.e. fire and water create steam, lave and stone create metal and so on. Fun, frustrating, but it is also addicting.

Accessibility

This is a mouse only game.  Deaf gamers, do not worry, there is nothing of value coming out of the speakers as you play this game, in fact, about 4 minutes after I started this game I found myself heading to the main menu to turn the sound off. Another bonus of this game is it has NO time limit; you can take as long as you need to make your selections.

Gamers who are colorblind will also not have an issue with this game, as all of the drawing or maybe doodles, are labeled and color is just an afterthought.

For those that love this game on the web and wish you could play it while you are away from your computer, you’re in luck, it was just ported to iPhone.
