Pivec says that video gamers have a commanding grasp of memory over their non-gamer counterparts. In fact, in 2008, many gamers completed a working memory test for Pivec that demonstrated expert gamers achieve much higher scores in memory tests. Particularly, those who enjoy role-playing games showed the highest level of memory retention.
The final part of his PhD experiment comes with a brand-new twist, zombies. Actually, zombies have nothing to do with research but when you are looking for a way to spice up a memory game for video game enthusiasts, why not throw in a bunch of zombies?
Makes sense to me!
Simply visit the following link: http://www.piveclabs.com/zombies.html
This very simple memory game will send data to Pivec and his team on your ability to remember numbers in a sequential format. In other words, the study is testing how many numbers you can remember in a row, given to you at varying speeds.
The twist of course is that it is a video game. If you do not remember the numbers in the order that the zombies present them to you, the zombies will eat you.
Pivec has always been a large supporter of AbleGamers and here is our chance to help in return. Please take a few minutes, remember a couple zombie telephone numbers, prove once and for all that gamers have skillz!

Hi everyone,
To date, I have 221 people completed the first test, 81 played the game, 55 did the second test. It would be great if some of you could do the control group test. The link is on the same page below the high score table. You need to follow instruction exact.
Thank in advance and I will publish the results.
