There are a whole lot of non-children blind-accessible and vision-impaired accessible games out there. Or you could Google the phrase "Interactive Fiction" for game-like stories that are not just for kids. Macmutant, Those are good suggestions. I'm not the type person that can list one game as my favorite. I like lots of games types and little corks each has. Fps- Unreal 3, Metal Gear Solid 4, Killzone 2, rpg- fallout 3, Gta IV Creative/puzzle- Little Big Planet Racing- Need for Speed Pro Street Fighting- Soul Calibur IV Those would be it, few others I could add but trying keep it kinda short.
