Since 2004, the AbleGamers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, has served more than 56 million members of the disabled community by advocating greater access in video games. Today, AbleGamers is a leader in the development of equipment, programs and services to those living with disabilities, hardships, and quality-of-life issues that are a result of chronic illness or trauma. It is our goal to ensure that all people, regardless of their disability, can use gaming as a tool to have enriched social experiences with friends, family, and the world at large.

We sat down with Activision to talk about Skylanders Spyro's Adventure which features cross platform playability and using the portal, which is included, users are able to use figurines as avatars.

These figurines all have unique powers and skills that are valuable at different points in the game. The price was just announced yesterday that at launch users will receive three figurines, the portal station, game and poster for $69.99. Additional avatars can be bought for $6.99.
A special feature of this game is that, for example, if you own a 360 and you take your avatar figurine over to your friend's Wii, you can play the game on their Wii copy and place your avatar on their portal and all the information transfers over including level ups and game stats
