{sidebar id=3}{sidebar id=1}This week's Ioo Web game of the week is a very special week. For your viewing pleasure, we have selected two, count them, one - two, Web games of the week! Mostly because we couldn't decide which game should be featured... nevertheless, that means you get two games this week!
First, is a sequel to one of our most popular Web games, Fantastic Contraptions. This game is all about designing vehicles that can take a small block objects and carry it across a designated field. You are given all of the parts, including wheels, different kinds of attachment materials, and even solar panels.
The sequel is called Fantastic Contraption Prius Edition, Yes, Prius edition. The concept has not changed, as your goal is still to get across a treacherous, obstacle-filled field. One minor difference is that emphasis is put on making the designs as energy conscience as possible. The use of solar panels is necessary to keep things energy efficient.
If you enjoy building contraptions, pardon the pun, then you will love the many hours of replayability Fantastic Contraptions 2.0 gives building incredibly strange looking vehicles.
Second, we have a much harder puzzle game. Are you the kind of person who takes everything to heart? Do you love puzzles and just can't look beyond logic? If so, then you will love this week's puzzle game but only if you're willing to take something literally.
Quite seriously, in order to beat this puzzle game, you will have to change the way you think of your surroundings. In Take Something Literally, you are given puzzle boards from which you must, quite literally, solve the puzzle.
For example, the first puzzle is nothing but a white board with one square in the middle labeled "remove me," you must click on that particular area of the screen and remove it from the board. Again, you must take the clue is literally.
We actually cannot give away too much more information or else the puzzles will be spoiled. Therefore, we highly recommend that you check out this week's second IooWeb game of the week, Take Something Literally.
Be sure to check out my personal favorite puzzle, "Don't Trust!"
Both games are mouse friendly but Take Something Literally occasionally involves the keyboard at some points. In addition, there is one particular puzzle that involves listening to an audio cue, you don't have to solve every puzzle, so it is perfectly okay to skip this one if you are a deaf gamer. Other than that, the accessibility is standard for both titles; mostly okay.
We highly suggest you try both and let us know what you think below.
