Since 2004, the AbleGamers Foundation, a 501(c)(3) public charity, has served more than 56 million members of the disabled community by advocating greater access in video games. Today, AbleGamers is a leader in the development of equipment, programs and services to those living with disabilities, hardships, and quality-of-life issues that are a result of chronic illness or trauma. It is our goal to ensure that all people, regardless of their disability, can use gaming as a tool to have enriched social experiences with friends, family, and the world at large.

Stem Stumper is a wonderful new game from a promising developer for your smartphone. Mark and I personally tested this game, and I can honestly tell you it's one of the best accessible games for the iPhone. Kwasi caught up with us after our PAX panel to demonstrate his latest creation.
The game works something like this: You use the sound of music to tell where you are without needing to see the game’s screen. You grow a flower while avoiding an angry acorn, much like minesweeper. These types of accessible games are often only found in clinical settings, but this young developer has taken on a monumental task of including blind gamers.
We’re asking you, our loyal readers, to help Kwasi out by testing the game before it goes live April 19th. To see how please read the words of the man himself and enjoy this very unique game.
Over at Ananse Productions we're getting ready to release our blind accessible iPhone puzzle game Stem Stumper (www.AnanseProductions.com/StemStumper). While there will still be room for changes with updates this build is going to be pretty close to what you'll see when the game releases.
In order to play this build we need you to sign up for it through TestFlight by clicking this link on the iOS device you want to test with: http://bit.ly/hL2UxV . Signing up to be on the Stem Stumper team will give us all the information we need to get you the review build.
Thanks,
Kwasi
