AbleGamers believes everyone has the right to game. For those who might need a little bit of help, we offer:
We have an open running dialogue with all of the biggest gaming studios across the globe. On our biggest initiatives is to help the gaming industry make itself more accessible by including options that help gamers with disabilities from the ground up.
The yearly publication Includification sets practical game accessibility guidelines any developer from the biggest studio to the single indie developer can follow to produce the most accessible game possible.
Our AbleGamers Accessibility Arcades™ are an invaluable tool that stations demonstrations of cutting-edge technology for the gamer with disabilities. Each year, we take our accessible equipment on the road to gaming in disability Expos across the country enabling individuals with disabilities to experience gaming, sometimes for the first time.
In partnership with the DC public library, United Cerebral Palsy Foundation’s Life Labs and many more, AbleGamers Foundation builds stations that can accommodate gamers of all abilities in permanent residents for the public at large.
