TOPIC: selecting an order in graw

selecting an order in graw 1 year, 12 months ago #2742

in graw i can not select an order to my team or its members in single player. It requires that you use scroll but i'm unable to use it and control it. i use a quadjoy mouse together with 2 wireless number pads and say2play. is there anyone who knows how to make this work?

Just to make sure I understand... you need to be able to scroll the mouse's scroll wheel? If that's the case, it should definitely be doable.

Exactly how do you use these wireless number pads? Do you use all the keys on each? Or are there some that you can hit that aren't currently mapped to anything in the game?

i can only hit one key with each foot at a time. i use one number pad key to shoot and the other to move forward. i can't hit any other keys. my hands do not have enough strength to hit keys.

Only one <em>at a time</em>? So, for example, you could use the foot you use to move forward to hit a different key while your character is standing still? If so, what keys could you reach (not counting the ones already mapped to move forward & shoot)? Based on that, I should be able to write a little script to do what you need.

in games i can only hit the buttons i mentioned But in windows I use an on screen keyboard. I could not find a keyboard that would work in the game.

According to the quadjoy website, "short" sips & puffs correspond to left and right clicking, while "long" sips & puffs correspond to scrolling up and down. Is that not right? It seems like that would be what you're talking about wanting to do.

it is to hard to initiate scroll with quadjoy. i can not accurately control it. so by time i try to start it i'm dead.
