Can we please get a separate bugs/ glitches thread?

I have a problem all of a sudden with the forums. The right hand side is cut off, as if the text box extends further to the right than is visible. I'm not sure what's wrong. I'm using Chrome if that helps.

I'm also using Chrome, but not having the situation you are describing. Could you provide a screenshot perhaps of how AbleGamers looks to you personally?

It may be a possibility that you've accidently zoomed into the page, in which case you should use Control and the Scroll Mouse to Zoom-In/Out, but I'm merely theorising here.

Na because the rest of the page was fine. It was as if the words were running into the side banner, but they weren't. I'll see if it still persists.

May just have been a bug with the software then. But who knows. A Screenshot would still have been very useful. <3

Honestly, I think it is happening because my browser is set to use APHont in size 16 and the site isn't wrapping accordingly. Safari ver 5.0

I don't recall the problem with the screen reader friendly template but I don't always use that. Most of my formatting glitches with the standard template I think come from my font choice. With the Screen Reader Friendly Template there are some weirdness I don't like but I can't put my finger on. However since I don't use VoiceOver often it is rather moot.

For some reason I couldn't get the image to upload using the forum so I had to use flickr.

I am also having the same issue on the google chrome....

I'm failing to see what the problem is, as I'm using Google Chrome but not having the problems that are being described. I've also done similar trials on Safari and Internet Explorer and they have all kept within the same parameters I use.

I can only theorise, but this may be due to your own user settings as WhackyLisa had said earlier in the thread. It may be specific font sizes may not be applicable with the layout of this board, in which case I'd request that the AbleGamers team try to adapt some more accessibility for our VI users to be able to successfully integrate 16+ font sizes [although why rreeefff is posting the same issue yet there's no VI issue I'm aware of is interesting indeed], although at the same time, this may also have to be done on your own ends to find compatable software which will assist you whilst making AbleGamers easy to read from.

rrreeefff, can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing on Google Chrome?

I can take a look at this, but I am not able to reproduce in 4 browsers.

So I guess the problem is Chrome. I started using Firefox and I haven't had any issues.

Again, I have no problems with Chrome - thus it is not the browser directly.

I also have moved to Chrome almost 100% now because FireFox has really gone down the crapper in speed of launch and crash time, I am not able to replicate the issue, but I will keep looking.

On a total side point about Chrome, is there a way to automatically disable all third party cookies? I just read an article in the WSJ about it and it totally spooked me

AG looks sooooo fine on my newly-installed Chrome on my Mac at work.

'Cause the AG homepage is seriously deformed in both Firefox and Safari on same Mac.

@jbannick: Thanks for that, that is the same problem i was talking about in the other thread. I can however say it is not mac. I have that issue in win7x64 and a server 2k3 box. Is your ff fully updated? I ask because the version mark said he used for testing is older than mine.
